My dear pupils,

After high-school graduation, most of pupils with financial advantages have dream of studying abroad because they consider only foreign universities enough qualification to train themselves into excellent people. Good pupils in poor families never dare to dream of learning in international environment! It is now the story of the pass. Nowaday, good students in all economic levels, ethnic groups can apply for Tan Tao University (TTU) if their grade point average for grades 10 and 11 and the first semester of grade 12 should be at least 7.0, with no subject under 5.0. All candidates selected in TTU get full-scholarship, applying Duke University (US) learning program, entirely English environment by qualified and professional faculty who are foreigner or Vietnamese coming back from oversea. The freshmen will be fostered English ability to keep up with the lessons in main semester.

TTU is non-profit university with vision and mission towards Vietnamese future, attracting and winging the talents to become the seeds budding, blooming and fruiting all over the country. We believe in Vietnamese intelligence being equal with other nations; we will have international talents if there is enough learning support which is the same with famous foreign universities. We hope that with great investment in the international qualified faculty, modern facilities along with good students, TTU will become a international high-education training center in Viet Nam, especially for the students from poor families.
