April 25^th Mr. SHINE Toshihiko, Ph. D. in International Studies, Assistant Professor, the Organization for the Promotion of International Relations, Kyoto University, Co-Director VNU and Kyoto University Collaboration Office (VKCO) had a seminar at Tan Tao University about the slogan “Study in Japan” and Global 30 Program of Japan’s Ministry of Education (MEXT), the barrier of Japanese language and creating of barrier free in study: English course funded by G30 Program.

Mext scholarship has been created for foreign students since 1954. This is the most popular scholarship. Students can apply for MEXT at Japanese Embassy and Consulate in Viet Nam, or apply directly to their beloved universities. By the lecture TTU's students have chance to know more about Japnanese education system, and their opportunities for scholarship. Mr. SHINE Toshihiko also guided students in application procedure.
