May 30th the delegation from College of Education, Michigan State University including 11 doctoral students from several programs of the College led by Dr. John Dirkx visited Tan Tao University (TTU), they had a successful visit TTU when caring the Study Tour to Vietnam last summer 2011.

The purpose of the visit is learning more about the history, organizational structure, administration, accomplishments and challenges, the plan to foster the professional development of faculty and staff at TTU. The doctoral students raised a lot of questions related to admission, scholarship, faculty, curriculum, student life.... They were interested in the skill course in which the freshmen have chance to improve English skill and other essential skills to adapt with the US standardized curriculum, this differs with other Vietnamese universities. Besides they also paid the attention to the multicultural in the faculty, TTU's admission in Asean region.

TTU students had chance to express their feelings after one year learning. Right at this university they learned how to live, study and research independently, discussing openly with professors. TTU is their big family.
