The final destination of Tan Tao University in the journey of the Enrollment Festival 2013 was Ha Noi. As usual, the event was organized in Hanoi University of Science and Technology with the attendance of more than 100 colleges and universities throughout the country and thousands of high school students from Hanoi and nearby provinces.

Due to the geographic distance, TTU students could not join the event with TTU faculties and staff in Hanoi. However, it did not make TTU’s admission consulting team less “powerful” thanks to the inevitable participation of volunteers from Hoa Trang Nguyen The club includes members who received Hoa Trang nguyen scholarships funded by ITA Fund – For the future in many years.

At 7am March 10, Hoa Trang Nguyen volunteers presented at the planned locations where students were expected to gather the most in order to distribute factsheets and invite the students and their parents to TTU’s booth. Though they do not study at TTU, with the equipped information about TTU’s admission and study programs, the volunteers approached and provided helpful information to students actively and enthusiastically.

With the highlights of US standard training programs and full scholarships for all qualified students, this year, TTU attracted a lot of high schools students to the booth for direct consultation. In addition to their querries about eligibility conditions, tuition fee, study majors, etc. the students showed their interest in the two majors expected to start enrollment this year: Biotechnology and Medicine.

Dr. Tran Xuan Thao, Vice Provost of TTU, participated in the consultation session at the booth for all students, especially their parents and high school teachers who came to gather the information in order to consult their children and students later.

After being consulted, many students showed their great interest to enroll in TTU. However, some expressed their concern, “ It is not easy for me to decide to study away from home and families. If only I could study at such a good university with excellent facilities and study environment like TTU in Hanoi …”
