In the journey of growing up, choosing a career not only determines one’s professional path but also significantly impacts life quality. Making the right decision helps individuals achieve success and happiness in life. For 12th-grade students, this is a crucial time to determine their career direction and prepare for the future.
On February 8, 2025, the “Choose a Happy Career” program, organized by Tan Tao University, successfully took place, attracting over 900 students at Trang Bang High School (Tay Ninh Province). With the theme “The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Career Choices for the Future”, the event provided a comprehensive view of the labor market in the digital age. It also helped students define their career goals clearly, enabling them to choose professions that align with their personal strengths and global development trends.
The program featured distinguished speakers, including Dr. Nguyen Mai Lam – Acting Provost of Tan Tao University, and Dr. Nguyen Vu Hieu Trung – Deputy Dean of the School of Economics & Business Administration. The speakers shared essential insights into labor market shifts driven by technology and introduced emerging career fields that are thriving in the digital age.
The program guided students in identifying their passions, selecting suitable fields of study, and developing essential skills. Additionally, students actively participated in discussions and asked questions related to personal interests, abilities, and modern workforce trends.
