The participants confidently presented their research in English

The spirit of innovation and creativity was a standout feature in this year’s projects. The students boldly introduced fresh, groundbreaking ideas, as demonstrated in topics like “Correlation Based Anomaly in Federated Learning” and “Anomaly Detection in Low-Light Environments” These studies not only pave the way for new advancements in technology but also hold significant potential for real-world applications.

The projects were highly regarded for their practicality and innovation in exploring research topics

The panel highly appreciated the quality of the projects, from problem-solving approaches and research methodologies to the presentation and defense of the results. The students demonstrated a deep understanding of their research fields and the ability to apply their acquired knowledge in practical contexts, producing highly valuable research outcomes. As a result, the panel selected and awarded the most outstanding projects as follows:

First Prize: Pham Tran Thi Thu Ngan (School of Information Technology) with the project “Correlation Based Anomaly in Federated Learning”.
Second Prize: Vo Huu Nhan & Ho Nguyen Kim Long (School of Information Technology) with the project “BlockCertify: Secure and Transparent University Certificate Verification with Blockchain Technology”.
Third Prize: Nguyen Hoai Duy (School of Information Technology) with the project “Anomaly Detection in Low-Light Environments”.
Joint Third Prize: Ngo Thi Tu Suong & Nguyen Thi Huynh Nhu (School of Languages) with the project “Tackling Air Pollution Through Plastic Reduction in Vietnam”.
