Recently, Tan Tao University (TTU) held a working session with the Consulate General of China in Ho Chi Minh City to discuss directions for cooperation in the field of education. The meeting opened up opportunities to connect with Chinese universities and businesses, contributing to bringing many learning, international exchange, and career development opportunities to TTU students.

TTU and the Consulate General of China discuss directions for cooperation in education
Attending the working session on behalf of Tan Tao University were Dr. Ngo Quang Vinh – Vice President; Dr. Dang Thanh Nhon – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages; Dr. To Minh Tung – Head of the Korean Language Department; and Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Huong – Head of the Chinese Language Department.
Representing the Consulate General of China in Ho Chi Minh City were Mr. Từ Châu – Deputy Consul General, and Ms. Triệu Khiết Nam – Deputy Consul.

In an open atmosphere, the two sides discussed directions for developing training programs, strengthening international cooperation, and connecting with Chinese universities and businesses. TTU also introduced its development direction for the Chinese Language program, which combines foreign language training, culture, and professional expertise in order to meet the human resource needs of Chinese enterprises investing in Vietnam.
With the advantage of being located within the ecosystem of Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Duc Industrial Park, together with the network of industrial parks in Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City, the University aims to train human resources with foreign language proficiency, professional skills, and the ability to adapt to an international working environment.
Expanding learning, scholarship, and international cooperation opportunities for students
As part of the working session, TTU proposed implementing student exchange programs under the 2+2 and 3+1 models, strengthening connections with native-speaking instructors, and expanding scholarship programs for students.
In particular, the University hopes to create conditions for students from the Tay Ninh region and the Mekong Delta to have more opportunities for learning, exchange, and experiencing an international educational environment through cooperation programs with universities in China.
Highly appreciating TTU’s development direction, Mr. Từ Châu – Deputy Consul General – affirmed that he would support connecting the University with reputable universities in China, while also introducing scholarship programs and creating conditions for students to access many learning and research opportunities in the time ahead.
In addition, the Consulate General also proposed expanding cooperation into other strong fields such as Medicine and Artificial Intelligence (AI), contributing to promoting educational cooperation between the two sides in a comprehensive and long-term direction.
Continuing to expand the international partner network
The working session marks an important starting point in Tan Tao University’s process of expanding its international cooperation network. Through the connection facilitated by the Consulate General of China, TTU hopes to strengthen cooperation with universities, businesses, and educational organizations in China, creating more learning, academic exchange, internship, and employment opportunities for students.
In the time ahead, the University will continue developing international cooperation programs, improving training quality, and building an internationally integrated learning environment, contributing to training high-quality human resources that meet the development needs of both the domestic and international labor markets.
