Tan Tao University “exploded” in “The Admission Counseling and Vocational Guidance Festival 2019”

On January 20, Tan Tao University participated in the Admission Counseling and Vocational Guidance Festival 2019 for high school students. The festival was organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Education and Training), General Department of Vocational Education (Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) in collaboration with Polytechnic University with the companion of Vingroup. The festival had the largest scale ever, with 200 advising booths of 104 universities, colleges, intermediate schools, vocational schools, counseling centers for overseas study, etc., all over the country and foreign universities.

In this biggest admissions festival in Ho Chi Minh City, a lot of young people had been exchanged and consulted as well as received many useful advices about choosing schools and choosing majors from professors and doctors at Tan Tao University. Many of students were interested and wanted to learn more about the Liberal Art Education program that Tan Tao University has applied.

Tan Tao University participated in the program with 4 main booths. The first was the booth serving the enrollment as well as general advice so that the students had an overall view of the educational philosophy, the school’s training model, job opportunities after graduating and other useful information. Especially, when participating in consulting, asking questions and doing surveys, students had the opportunity to win lucky draw with many valuable gifts from the organizer.

The next two booths were where students could get an in-depth answer and specific advice from professors or doctors who were lecturers at Tan Tao University. The students exchanged directly, received suggestions as well as orientations for the future, careers in a dedicated way, especially on the five schools of Tan Tao University, including: Medicine, Engineering, Biotechnology, Humanities & Languages and Economics & Business Administration.

In addition to useful knowledge as a guide for themselves, the last booth was a place to organize fun games. This was an extremely attractive booth by volunteers who were students of Tan Tao University. They could participate in attractive game such as “You want to date?” with the motto of “Listen to advices, suddenly have a lover”. What was better than have both useful advices and a lover to help each other to study?

Tan Tao University also organized a model of control racing game and shooting activities with mascot. These were also extremely attractive activities for young people to participate.

Tan Tao University had left many memories and deep impressions with students with enthusiasm and sincerity from the lecturers, staff and students organizing event. The students had the positive feedback and looked forward to learning more about Tan Tao University in the future.

In the near future, Tan Tao University will join the Admission Counseling and Vocational Guidance Festival at Can Tho University on March 10.
