2026 marks an important milestone in the development of the Tan Tao University Journal of Science (TJS), as the Journal continues to enhance its quality, standardize its scientific publishing practices, and expand the accessibility of research findings both domestically and internationally.

Recognized in the 2026 List of Vietnamese Scientific Journals Meeting Scientific Standards
One of the notable milestones for TJS is its official inclusion in the 2026 List of Vietnamese Scientific Journals Meeting Scientific Standards, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology under Decision No. 2244/QD-BKHCN dated April 28, 2026.
This recognition reflects the efforts of Tan Tao University and the Journal’s Editorial Board in continuously improving the quality of its content, peer-review, editing, and publishing processes in accordance with the standards of a professional scientific journal.
Crossref Member – Each Article Assigned Its Own DOI
TJS has become a member of Crossref, enabling scientific articles published in the Journal to be registered with an individual Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
Assigning a DOI provides each research work with a unique and persistent digital identifier, facilitating access, discovery, linking, and citation within the international academic community. This also represents an important step toward standardizing digital publishing infrastructure and enhancing the visibility of scientific publications in TJS.
Expanding Academic Discoverability and Accessibility
The Tan Tao University Journal of Science is gradually expanding its presence across academic systems and information resources, including:
- Google Scholar;
- ROAD – Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources;
- Vietnam Journals Online (VJOL).
Being present on these platforms makes published articles easier to discover and access, thereby enhancing the dissemination of research findings and increasing the visibility of authors, research works, and the Journal within the academic community.
Standardizing Article Submission and Management Through OJS
TJS has implemented the submission, management, peer-review, and publication of manuscripts through Open Journal Systems (OJS) – one of the widely used electronic journal management platforms worldwide.
Through the OJS system, authors can create accounts, submit manuscripts, and track the progress of their submissions online. The adoption of this platform contributes to greater professionalism, transparency, and efficiency throughout the workflow among authors, the Editorial Board, and reviewers.
Continuously Enhancing Quality and Advancing International Integration
The achievements attained in 2026 demonstrate Tan Tao University’s clear commitment to developing scientific research, enhancing the quality of academic publications, and promoting international academic integration.
Building on these achievements, the Tan Tao University Journal of Science will continue to improve its publishing standards, expand its network of experts and reviewers, enhance the quality of published research, and strengthen its presence across reputable academic databases and indexing systems.
TJS aims to become a credible, transparent, and professional academic platform, contributing to the connection of scientists, lecturers, and researchers from Vietnam and abroad, disseminating valuable research findings, and contributing to the advancement of science, technology, and education.
