On October 30, 2026, the Coke Connect – Batch 2 Program 2026 officially kicked off, marking the beginning of a five-day experiential learning journey at the Swire Coca-Cola Tay Ninh Plant. The program takes place every Friday over five consecutive weeks. Through this initiative, students of Tan Tao University (TTU) have the opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to real-world manufacturing and operational environments, apply their academic knowledge, develop innovative thinking, and broaden their career development opportunities.

CONNECTING WITH BUSINESSES – EXPANDING LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE
The Coke Connect – Batch 2 Program 2026 is jointly organized by Swire Coca-Cola Vietnam Beverages Co., Ltd. and the Tay Ninh Department of Education and Training, targeting university and college students across the province. The program provides students with opportunities to gain firsthand experience in business operations, manufacturing processes, and solving real-world challenges in a corporate environment.
Notably, the group of TTU students successfully passed the selection process to participate in the program. During the five-day experiential journey at the Swire Coca-Cola Tay Ninh Plant, running from October 30 to December 4, 2026, with activities held every Friday, students will combine hands-on exposure to operational and manufacturing processes with solving practical business challenges. In addition, students will have opportunities to participate in paid internships lasting one to two months, join the STEMX program, receive financial allowances, and have the chance to earn scholarships.
Beyond the training activities, participants will also receive various practical benefits, including transportation allowances, accident insurance throughout the program, welcome gifts, and meals at the factory alongside company employees. They will also have priority opportunities to participate in the Coca-Cola STEMX program, the Management Trainee Program, and suitable recruitment opportunities in the future.
Sharing her thoughts on the significance of the program, Ms. Huynh Thi Ngoc Truc, Deputy General Director of Human Resources at Swire Coca-Cola Vietnam Beverages Co., Ltd., stated:
“Through Coke Connect, we not only provide local students with opportunities to experience a world-class working environment but also contribute to building a sustainable human resource development ecosystem in Tay Ninh. This is how Swire Coca-Cola Vietnam makes a long-term investment in people and the future of the communities where we operate.”

FOSTERING INNOVATIVE THINKING THROUGH HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
Exposure to a manufacturing environment allows students to view their academic knowledge from an applied perspective and gain a deeper understanding of real-world industry requirements. More importantly, this experience provides an opportunity for students to develop their observation, analytical, and critical questioning skills when addressing practical challenges – essential competencies for fostering innovative thinking.
This is also a core educational philosophy that TTU consistently strives to promote: encouraging students not only to acquire knowledge but also to apply it, think critically, and proactively seek new solutions. With its multidisciplinary educational approach, the University creates opportunities for learners to connect knowledge across different fields and develop ideas with practical applications.
In this process, businesses play an important role by presenting real-world challenges, helping students better understand market needs and assess the practical applicability of their knowledge. Therefore, the collaboration between universities, businesses, and learners not only expands career exploration opportunities but also creates favorable conditions for ideas to be nurtured, refined, and brought closer to practical implementation.
Through engagement initiatives such as Coke Connect, TTU continues to foster an educational environment that encourages students to think boldly, take initiative, embrace creativity, and pursue continuous learning. The University hopes that every graduate will possess not only strong professional expertise but also the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and create new value for businesses, the local community, and society.
