On the afternoon of November 4, 2023, the final of the Student Startup Competition with Innovative Ideas and Projects at Tan Tao University, Round I, 2023, became a stage of creativity for six outstanding ideas, a gathering full of energy and emotions among young people.

In today’s competitive and rapidly changing society, fostering a spirit of innovation in entrepreneurship is essential to provide young generations, including students, with opportunities to unleash and contribute unique and novel ideas to various projects.

The Student Startup Competition with Innovative Ideas and Projects at Tan Tao University, Round I, 2023, has provided a platform to nurture the talents and dreams of students. With 48 project ideas registered for the preliminary round, the judges selected 28 projects to advance to the second round. In the final round, six outstanding projects were chosen, including three in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, three in the areas of services and body care cosmetics, and one project focused on social impact entrepreneurship.

First prize with the idea: “Journey to build Melonmilk Syrup brand from VietGAP TTU melon” by student group Nguyen Gia Kien – Tan Tao University Gifted High School. Instead of consuming traditional cantaloupe, the project has successfully created Cantaloupe Syrup – A product with a new flavor: delicious, nutritious and convenient. This is a potential solution to develop product diversification as well as reduce the level of post-harvest loss of cantaloupes today.

In particular, innovation in entrepreneurship plays an important role for students not only personally but also for social and economic development, which encourages and develops creative thinking to help We create new ideas, breakthrough products and services, thereby contributing to the development and progress of society.”

The second prize goes to the idea: “Journey to build a brand of Handmade beauty products from sunflowers” by the team of Vo Thi Y Nhi – Tan Tao University.

– Joint stock company researching, producing and developing products from pineapple leaf fibers (ECO- Z) team idea of ​​Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh – Tan Tao University.
