On November 9, Tan Tao University held a Workshop on the topic “Medical Ethics in the Age of Science and Technology Revolution 4.0” with the presentation of Prof. Dr. Pham Manh Hung – Former Permanent Deputy Minister of Health.

Entering the revolution of Science and Technology 4.0, Science and Technology (Science and Technology) developed and quickly applied in health has brought many important achievements in health. However, there are people who realize that in such a highly developed era of science and technology, there will be less violations of medical ethics in medical practice; Therefore, the work of medical ethics education is overlooked. In recent years, Vietnam’s healthcare industry has made many achievements, but there have also been many violations of medical ethics. It is a consequence of the neglect of medical management and medical ethics education.
In the sharing, Prof. Pham Manh Hung said that the faster science and technology develops, the more and more sophisticated the chances for medical staff to violate ethics. The Professor also mentioned the main challenges of medical ethics in the era of rapid development of science and technology.
Besides, there was also a question-and-answer session for the invited guests and from the medical students of Tan Tao University.
