The purpose of developing the job placement scheme is to define the jobs of the units according to their assigned functions, tasks, and powers; Determine the competency framework of each position to perform the work to achieve the best results. At the same time, to determine the number of people working, carry out the planning, recruitment, mobilization and management of cadres, lecturers, and employees in the University.
The training session was a great success. Many ideas from leaders, officials and lecturers of the units contributing to the Scheme were received by the Scheme Development Team to complete. The University’s leaders also guide the lecturers and employees to implement the Scheme.
Based on the promulgated Scheme, the University will carry out the planning, recruitment, training, fostering, mobilization and management of cadres, lecturers, and employees in 2021-2026.
