Professor Peter A. Singer returns to TTU to teach medical students and awards two scholarships of $1,000 to students.

The graduation ceremony on October 9 will welcome Professor Peter Singer’s return to Tan Tao University.

Professor Peter Singer was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He graduated in medicine from UCSF, then served two years in the military as a physician, and completed a residency in General Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Endocrinology at USC.

Professor Peter Singer is a Professor of Clinical Medicine and Dean of the Department of Clinical Endocrinology at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Medicine. He has served as President of the American Thyroid Association and a member of the Executive Board of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. Professor Singer is the Honorary President of East Meets West.

Professor Peter Singer used to give clinical lectures to TTU students at Vietnamese hospitals. Returning to TTU this time, from October 9 to October 12, 2022, the Professor will continue to attend the graduation ceremony as well as teach medical students of Tan Tao University. Besides, Professor Peter Singer also awarded 2 scholarships of 1,000 USD each to new bachelors and doctors with excellent academic achievements. This scholarship is a motivation for new doctors and bachelors to continue to develop their postgraduate future.
