The Workshop series Choosing a Happy Career with the special theme “How much is youth worth” organized by Tan Tao University in collaboration with Nguyen Trung Truc High School on December 4, 2023 has brought many attractive messages about Young people seek their passion and pursue their own path.
Speaker Dr. Nguyen Mai Lam – Vice Provost of Tan Tao University shared important information in choosing a career for the 2023-2024 school year and interacted with Nguyen Trung Truc High School students
“The days of youth seem long and vast, but in reality they are very limited and short. Learn how to make your youth priceless.” That is the message of the book “How much is youth worth” by Rosie Nguyen, which opens up many paths for readers to overcome youth, and is also the name of the Workshop program “Choose a happy career” – “How much is youth worth” shared by speaker Dr. Nguyen Mai Lam – Vice Provost of Tan Tao University to students of 3 grades at Nguyen Trung Truc High School, Ben Luc district.
In this program with the theme, the speaker conveys information surrounding the necessary skills in the learning process to be ready to enter university. The teacher emphasized, “If students from the social group are not good at Math, Physics, and Chemistry, don’t be sad, because each person will have different strengths and weaknesses. Based on your strengths and interests, choose your favorite career and dare to dream, dare to do it, conquering difficulties is your youth.
Students participating in the program not only gain valuable knowledge about careers related to many prominent professions such as health, economics, computer science, English, etc. .but also experience memorable memories of student days. “The program helps me better understand myself and the career path that suits my passion. In addition, there are success stories that are a source of encouragement to help me believe in my own abilities more,” Huynh Le Thuy Duong – Nguyen Trung Truc High School shared.
Mr. Ho Tan Duc – Teacher of Nguyen Trung Truc High School said this program is extremely “practical” to promote creative thinking and independence in the process of making decisions about their own careers. The sharing session not only disseminated information about society’s human resource trends but was also a profound experience between students and the school environment. I noticed that students participated more boldly when asking questions. for speakers, understand yourself better to prepare well psychologically and practice skills and knowledge right from 10th grade.
