On the evening of November 29, 2024, the grand finale of the “Shining Student Talents” competition took place in Tan An City, Long An Province. This event was part of the 2nd Long An Culture – Sports – Tourism Week 2024. Tan Tao University proudly claimed the Provincial Representative Award, leaving a strong impression at this prestigious event.
The “Shining Student Talents” competition is not only a platform for artistic performances but also aims to promote the unique cultural values of Long An to both domestic and international audiences. It provides young people with opportunities to showcase their talents in various genres, such as solo and group singing, contemporary dance, modern dance, and hip-hop.
This year’s competition attracted more than 30 performances. After the preliminary rounds, 12 outstanding teams from Vietnam and South Korea advanced to the grand finale, delivering captivating performances that skillfully blended traditional and modern art forms.
During the finale, Tan Tao University students performed “The Melody of Pride”, a trio with an accompanying dance performance that captivated both the audience and judges. Through a powerful message of national spirit, youthfulness, and solidarity, the performance not only told a meaningful story but also conveyed a deep sense of pride in Vietnam’s heritage and homeland. By participating, the students of Tan Tao University successfully spread the beauty and spirit of the Vietnamese people to international friends, particularly the South Korean teams, hailing from one of Asia’s most prominent music industries.
To deliver such a mesmerizing performance, members of Tan Tao University’s Music Club dedicated significant time and effort, meticulously refining every aspect, from vocals and choreography to stage design. This award is a well-deserved recognition of their teamwork, artistic passion, and commitment to showcasing the essence of Vietnam’s cultural identity.
