Tan Tao University (TTU) implements the “Choose a Happy Career” counseling program, aiming to help 12th-grade students orient themselves toward academic fields that align with their passions, abilities, and societal development trends, bringing practical topics such as “The Rise of AI – What to Study to Stay Irreplaceable?” and “Setting Goals and Finding Motivation for Learning,” helping students better understand the labor market in the technology era. The counseling events have attracted a large number of students from various high schools in Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, and Long An.

With the participation of experienced faculty members, including Dr. Nguyen Mai Lam – Acting Provost of Tan Tao University, Dr. Cao Tien Dung – Dean of the School of Information Technology, Dr. Dang Thanh Nhon – Dean of the School of Languages, and Dr. Nguyen Vu Hieu Trung – Dean of the School of Economics & Business Administration, the program not only provides career-related information but also helps students set clear goals and prepare for their future journeys.

Aiming to provide 12th-grade students with an overview of the university environment and a real-life experience of student life, Tan Tao University organizes the Open House program: “Journey to Future Orientation.” This program combines admissions counseling with interactive activities, including campus tours, demo classes, and student club engagements, attracting nearly 1,000 students from Le Quy Don High School (Ben Tre) and Vo Van Tan High School (Long An) after two successful events, helping them explore academic fields that align with their abilities and interests.

One of the highlights of the event was the Workshop “Ready for University Life,” where Dr. Nguyen Mai Lam – Acting Provost, shared essential skills and knowledge needed to adapt to the university environment. In addition, the Talkshow “Gen Z – Career Choices in the 4.0 Era,” featuring Deans and Vice Deans from various faculties, addressed students’ concerns about choosing the right major, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects, helping them gain a clearer direction for their future.

On the evening of January 18, 2025, at the Ancient8 Builder Jam awards ceremony— a prestigious Hackathon competition for global Web3 developers— a team of students from Tan Tao University (TTU) achieved an outstanding milestone by securing Third Prize in the Consumer App Track category with their project Meme Trade Co.

The team consisted of six students from the School of Information Technology and the School of Economics & Business Administration, introducing a groundbreaking solution that enables users to quickly create Memecoins, conduct automated trading with price prediction technology, and utilize an NFT creation tool.

With its high applicability, the project impressed the judging panel, earning the team a $2,000 prize along with a $1,000 merit scholarship. This achievement highlights the creativity and advanced technological capabilities of TTU students on the international stage. Following their success, the team plans to further develop the product, contributing practical value to the Web3 community in the future.

The Spring Flower Festival 2025 at E.City Tan Duc, part of the New Year celebration series by Tan Tao Group, was organized under the theme “Knowledge and Development.” From the very first day, the event attracted a large number of visitors who came to admire the festive decorations, immerse themselves in the joyful Tet atmosphere, and enjoy vibrant performances. The Tan Tao University Music Club contributed to the excitement with lively musical acts that added to the festival’s charm.

The grand opening ceremony featured a series of spectacular artistic performances, beautifully blending traditional and modern elements. More than just a vibrant Tet celebration, the Spring Flower Festival carried a profound message about a city of knowledge reaching new heights.

On the morning of January 24, 2025, Tan Tao Group organized the 2024 Year-End Celebration at the Canary Club Hall, Tan Tao University, to express gratitude for the contributions of staff, faculty, and employees throughout the past year. The event was not only an occasion to review achievements but also an opportunity to strengthen the unity within the Tan Tao family. The Executive Board of the Group and the University’s Leadership Team extended their appreciation and New Year’s greetings to all employees, providing motivation to pursue new goals in 2025.

The program also created an exciting atmosphere with a lucky draw and Tet gift distribution for staff and employees, reflecting the company’s care and appreciation. The celebration concluded in a warm and joyful atmosphere, promising a new year filled with energy, success, and sustainable growth.
